We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out:

• Clothing & Accessories can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.

• If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, we recommend processing a purchase quickly as items do sell out.

• Damaged or missing items? Contact Customer Service for assistance.

• Mask can NOT be exchange

• Note that a $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount if we send you a label.

• Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns.
